PTI was built on the principle of rapidly prototyping production-quality bottles. There is no substitute for physical prototypes to create enthusiasm for a project and for technical validation. We produce production-quality prototypes, often in the same timeframe that others provide models. PTI has an extensive library of standard finish tooling to save you time and money. We can prototype your new preform design in days; your new bottle design in a couple of weeks.

We have a variety of reheat stretch blow molding equipment with capabilities including preferential heating, heat set and state-of-the-art blow molding speed. Since we use production-quality molds, we can produce whatever quantities are necessary to validate the new design; from hundreds to millions of samples. Once the bottles are produced, our analytical laboratory is equipped to verify any package performance requirements.

As with all aspects of our business, PTI's prototyping facility is designed around confidentiality to insure that our customers' leading edge concepts and packages remain confidential until they reach the store shelves.
